Our stay was part of our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. We were blown away by the suite we were given, the service from the front desk throughout the stay as well as the restaurant staff. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the pictures I saw online, beautiful lobby, near to the restaurant there was a river with fishes and turtles, with big rocks, green plants and great atmosphere. But wait, I got there and it looked like other hotel, the removed the river, the whole first floor is under construction and didn't mention that in any website, how do they do that? The room was clean and the breakfast was awesome. To the manager please update your information in every place where people are booking.

Carpet was a little worn and it’s showing it’s age Room was very damp and had a musty odour too it 4 elevators only 3 working Cafeteria was only used for breakfast and the happy hour food was chips and veggies With the set up they have it would be more useful if it went all day into the late evening

The hotel looked out dated there’s construction going on right now so don’t expect it to be clean. I was booked on the very top floor of the hotel and the ice machine was not working I went from the 14th floor to the 9th floor to get ice. Overall it was okay but I think I’ll be staying at the Hyatt next time.

The property is under construction, the lobby area does not look like the picturess. There is no greenary or waterfall. We enjoyed the breakfast, clean room, and the transportation to disney. The employees were okay, some rude some nice. The elevators, some didnt work and there would be alot of congestion and people waiting around.

The most concerning issue was a strong putrid anaerobic smell emanating from the bathroom sink whenever we ran water. There was a strong hydrogen sulphide smell or something of that nature. The toilets did not flesh well. Large bubbles would come up when the toilet was flushed and it flushed very slow, so there were big plumbing issues. There is a beautiful picture of a waterfall depicted in the photograph showing off this hotel. We were looking forward to a nice cool breeze from said waterfall. Instead we entered a very stale-aired grand hall with no waterfall. It was hot and muggy. We were told the waterfall had been removed, which was the best feature of this hotel, especially since the pool was very small, mediocre and sterile. The grounds lacked the beautiful gardens that would have livened up the grounds around the pool and parking area. More time and effort should have gone in to making this hotel and the hotels around into a more lush, parklike atmosphere. The staff were courteous.
