We had the worst stay.
We splurged for the nicer, larger room but ended up disappointed. It took many phone calls and then a trip back to the front desk to get linens for the sleeper sofa which took hours and made our 1 night stay not very relaxing. Our daughter ended up in bed late which put us in bed late. Everyone was frustrated and we did not have the fun stay that we were expecting. For the price we paid I would expect that getting my daughter sheets, a blanket, and a pillow to sleep on would not take up our entire stay.

2/4 Check in kiosks had signs that were out of order, but the other 2 “working” kiosks did not work. After you went through the whole process, it said “unable to print keys”. Which lead to a 35 minute wait to check in at front desk, where staff did not seem to care.

Initially when we arrived we were greeted very nicely by the check in staff. Our room was not ready yet so we waited. When we entered the room it was spacious but extremely warm temperature. We turned the AC on and went to explore the pool area and casino. When we returned 3 hours later we found that the room was still extremely warm. We understand that these things happen and so we called the front desk who sent up maintenance. Maintenance found that the problem was bigger than a small fix and that we would likely be moved to a different room. We were understanding and said that was fine. When we followed the mechanic downstairs we were greeted by what we think was a front end manager. He was not apologetic, he was rude and seemed as if he was in a rush and we were inconveniencing him by needing to be moved. We asked if we could have a bellhop assist with the move as we had luggage and would need help moving from the 13th floor to the 17th floor. The bellhop never showed and we had to lug our things making multiple trips from each room. This was an extreme inconvenience to us and left a bad taste in our mouths very early into our stay. Among some other minor inconveniences we decided that this was not a place we would like to return to. We are very understanding people and feel as though we were not treated kindly let alone treated like paying customers.

We celebrated our 9 anniversary and everything was perfect. We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, the pool, the hotel room with the Jacuzzi. Parking was easy too
