It was a very beautiful and comfortable hotel. We got upgraded for no additional charge. They provided a shuttle to and from Disneyland all day for only $6 per person. Definitely will be goin back

Disappointed when I arrived to find my deluxe room was not available and ended with comp breakfast. Although I can appreciate the “comp” breakfast, it still isn’t comparable to paying for the delux room.

Pros: target and shops nearby, Starbucks in the lobby, shuttle available to Disney runs every 30min Cons: Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, the desk area had food and crumbs which could have been easily wiped off and the bathroom had hairs on the wall of the shower and sink. The bathroom towel mat was also visibly used. Just not clean at all. Beds were not comfy and you can hear people talking in other rooms Given wet towels and were told the dryer was broken so probably wouldn’t get dry ones They nickel and dime everything. $30 parking per day, $6 per person for shuttle to Disney per day, $ 3 water bottles in the room if you choose to use it normally those are complimentary, breakfast $30 a person for buffet, kids under 5yo eat free with adult purchase Bell hop thing was inconvenient for me, they don’t let you hold onto the cart to load and unload your stuff personally, they take it right away Overall I wouldn’t pick this place again but it could have been worse

Very comfortable and modern design. Access to pool and recreational area. Close to multiple dining options and Target. Short walking distance to more dining and pharmacies. I did not like that there is no staff at front desk during early am hours and I arrived hours earlier than my check in but had to wait about 6 hours in the lobby for staff to arrive. Great hotel for conference.

I had a great experience, easy check in, easy checkout, staff was friendly and answered all questions and inquiries i had during my stay. The hotel buffet was quick and enjoyable. And the shuttle service to disney was ready to set up.

Hyatt Regency had nothing good to say about. I really didn’t like the rooms or anything about it. I always stay at Hilton or embassy suites always get the best room with a great view. Complementary breakfast and coffee.

This was our first visit to Hyatt Regency OC, very pleased with the stay. We opted for a room on a higher floor. The room was very clean, I like that the floor is vinyl rather than carpet. Any staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We had a hiccup one morning when our shower would not work, but maintenance came and fixed it within 20 minutes. Beds are comfortable and the shuttle service is great, especially the driver during the day Benjamin, he is very friendly and has a few dad jokes to make the ride enjoyable. I have seen some complain about the shuttle service times, but we had no issue at all. The only negative I have is the Starbucks is more overpriced than others as well as the room service, it is incredibly expensive for the quality of the food. Having Target close is a bonus, and plenty of food choices within walking distance.
