Buffet breakfast was good though pricey, and it was disappointing that the only other breakfast/lunch option was Starbucks since the pub restaurant didn't open til 4pm. Worst part of our stay was when the people next door loudly returned to their room at 3am and started banging on the walls. After no answer when calling the front desk, my husband got dressed and went to the lobby only to be told by a lone janitor .at there was no one for him to talk to. Unacceptable

This was my second time staying at the Hyatt Regency OC. I loved the room I stayed in the first time which is why I returned again. I don’t have any complaints this time around other than I felt like my room this last visit wasn’t as updated as the prior visit. Last time I stayed in the South tower this visit I was in the North tower. Hotel staff were great and our room was clean. I just would have preferred staying in the more updated room. I will definitely be returning to this hotel as it is very close to the Disneyland Resort and I am an annual pass holder visiting various times throughout the year. :)
