Good location basic hotel.
Shower water pressure awful. Breakfast very disappointing- no bacon, mushrooms, no fruit salad, coffee machines erratic or not working at all. Only scrambled eggs. Good location for flights and comfortable rooms.

Great location in the airport, lovely room, comfy bed. Was able to check my case in, in the morning and come back for my breakfast. Definitely recommend and will use again if flying from Gatwick

Only seemed to be a pizza available as a vegetarian meal in the evening which was a little disappointing. Otherwise very convenient hotel for the airport. Buffet breakfast not bad, as you would expect but plenty of vegetarian options including various non dairy milks which was a bonus.

Wonderful staff, very clean hotel. Breakfast choice okay but could offer fried eggs at breakfast as well as scrambled. Snack menu okay but not much choice for evening meal, managed to find something on it though.

The main problem was finding the entrance to the hotel. I was dropped by car. I was not informed that the actual entrance was from easyjet check in in the north terminal..

Hilton Rewards but charged $40GBP for early check
We arrived at the hotel around 11 am and requested an early check-in. To our surprise, we were charged GBP 40, despite clean rooms being readily available. This felt like a blatant cash grab. We asked for a receipt for the GBP 40, and were told it would be sent via email, yet it never arrived. We are extremely dissatisfied with this experience. We've stayed here twice before and had no issues with early check-in. I'm still waiting for my receipt, and I suspect it will never come. This is unacceptable.

Very convenient for Gatwick Flights
Such a great on airport choice for Gatwick. Although our flight was into South Terminal, its just a few minutes on the transfer train and the hotel access is inside the terminal itself. Good breakfast included as well which was appreciated.

Hampton is conveniently located, with its own connection to Gatwick Airport’s check-in counters. Breakfast was brilliant too with enough options. Staffs are accommodating and responsive. However, at night, it’s easy to hear footsteps from the above room from our room although thankfully it did not last whole evening and we had a restful quiet sleep.

Rather the lie in than the early taxi
So much nicer to start the holiday in a hotel than v early start! This hotel is handy for any Gatwick flight. The breakfast was really great and a nice selection for dinner.

We had been warned work taking place outside but not warned no heating. I was provided upgrade and extra blanket and 25 per cent off (which I have to pursue via hotels.com). after arriving on a flight and getting there about 1.30 am on a day when it was snowing at Gatwick all of the above did not really make up for a cold room. Otherwise room was nice and I did have hot water and breakfast which was nice. I just did not sleep well which was the purpose of booking the room for the night.

Ideal location for access to north terminal. Excellent reception. Room clean and warm. Evening food offered was fine. Waiting and bar staff excellent.although early departure was too early for full breakfast, we were able to have cereal,fruit salad,croissants toast an drinks at 4am. Excellent stay !
