The open-plan downstairs living opens out onto an entertaining deck where you can relax with friends over drinks while the little ones play in the safe & secure backyard.

This property has a large kitchen, with a 5-burner stove top and oven, which makes catering for twelve easy.

Palm Oasis has all the makings of the perfect family vacation offering peace of mind & total relaxation. All that's missing is you!

The downstairs lounge room has two, three seater lounges finishing off with a large flat screen TV and Foxtel, all provided for your comfort.

The dining table can sit 10 guests with a following four seats on the large island kitchen bench. The large split level entertaining deck provides the comfort of 2 six seater outdoor settings for summer meals.

This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Sorry the cleanness of the property was poor, mould in the bathrooms, took us a lot time getting the tv working, plates still dirty in the cupboards, no hot water on, we had to turn the gas on. Floors in kitchen not washed and mat not clean

Great Location
The property is really lovely and spacious. Bac k yard is really nice. Great music system you can connect to. Kitchen well equipped. Easy walk to the beach. Overall comfortable stay. Will request the owners to kindly provide proper fans for warm days and not provide fans that are actually heater fans.

Great Christmas holiday home
We recently stayed here for 5 days over Christmas. Great big house - lots of space and huge kitchen. We really enjoyed the backyard and the beach which was a 5min walk away. The only issue we had was their fans didn’t work very well and we had a 1 year old - the rooms tend to be quite hot at night. Apart from that we really loved our time there.

Why is this listed as Gerroa? This was misleading as that was our preferred area. This place needs maintenance badly. Lots of lights needed replacement bulbs, lamps not working, bathrooms not really cleaned. Opened used first aid kit in one drawer? Tampon wrapper in another?? Water leaking through laundry light switch, Power cords from entertainment units dangerous and filthy. We had three electricity shortages during our stay - just trying to turn on room lights and had to find the fuse box to ensure we had lights! I wouldn't stay here again.

Lovely family space
Lovely house that suited for the occasion. Off street parking for too cars is a little misleading in that the photo showed a garage but no mention was made of the fact that guest don't have access to it. Very steep driveway is really not suitable to park on. Having said that we managed to park 3 cars on the grass verges.
