That is what this home is all about. From the time you enter this delightful home you will feel relaxed whether it be sitting in the Alfresco area soaking up the beautiful scenic views or under the shade of the wisteria that frames the pergola or just relaxing by the pool. Take your pick!!

NEW TO STAYZ LISTING - BEAUTIFUL RURAL VIEWS BY THE SEA.

The property consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining, kitchen, alfresco dinning, pool and double garage.


BEDROOM 1 : The master bedroom with king bed with its own ensuite and French doors leading out onto the deck with expansive views of the mountains.

BEDROOM 2 : With queen bed and built in wardrobe & French doors leading onto its own private deck for some ME time.

BEDROOM 3 : This delightful double room at the front of the home with its French door leading off the quaint entry of the home.

BATHROOMS : The main bathroom services the 2nd & 3rd bedroom with shower, toilet & vanity. Ensuite off the main bedroom has shower toilet & vanity. There is a shower & toilet in the laundry downstairs.

KITCHEN : This functional and well appointed kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. Kleenmaid stove & oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, Bosch dishwasher and all kitchen needs. To top it off overlooks the beautiful scenery from the kitchen sink.

DINING ROOM : Setting for 8 persons, sideboard & yes once again that view.

LIVING ROOM : Lovely living room has 2x3 sofas and an easy chair. TV, stereo system with sliding doors opening onto the Alfresco dining area.

ALFRESCO DINING : Has lovely setting for 6 persons with BBQ & outdoor lounge to sit and take in what we like to call our moving landscape.

LAUNDRY : Has a washing machine, dryer, small freezer and shower & toilet for your convenience when lazing by the pool or just returning from the beach to wash off the sand.

OTHER TO NOTE : Games, linen, towels, extra blankets.

BACKYARD : Lovely well appointed pool if you do not want to feel the sand in your toes or sit back at 4 o'clock with your pre dinner drinks under the pergola.

GERRINGONG GOLF COURSE : Play a round of golf on the 18 hole course situated 200 mtrs walk with the beautiful backdrop of Walkers Beach.

GERROA SEVEN MILE BEACH : 1 klm to this famous beach where you can surf, kite or windsurf, fish, snorkel, or explore the many rock pools. Maybe you just want to soak up the sun.

WALKING : There are numerous walking trails that wind through the Nature reserves that has Coolangatta Mountain looking over your shoulder or walk the endless white sandy beach.

GERROA BOAT FISHERMANS CLUB : After your perfect day if you do not feel like cooking dinner take your 3 minute walk to the club where you can take in the panoramic view of Seven Mile Beach and as far as Point Perpendicular, maybe spot a whale whilst enjoying your succulent seafood platter.

GERRINGONG VILLAGE : Enjoy a day browsing some of the many boutique shops, enjoying a coffee or having a bite of lunch in this picturesque town.

Highly recommend staying at Anne and Graham's property

I booked this property over the Xmas holiday period when my family where visiting from the UK, and we had a fantastic time. The pictures don't do this place justice. It is a large property with lots of room for entertaining, and 3 large bedrooms (although the fan in the 3rd room was broken, which was communicated, but inconvenient). We spent a lot of our time on the large balcony which has an incredible view of the surrounding area, as well as down by the pool. The place is kitted out with all the essentials and more, everything you need to have a wonderful and relaxing stay. Anne and Graham were fantastic communicators. The check-in and out process was super easy, and they even gave us an early check-in time, which was great and they welcomed us into their home. They also provided us with several recommendations for the area. I would highly recommend staying in Anne and Graham's property if you want a large and relaxing space to call home for a few days.

Beautiful and peaceful property

A very clean and well appointed property. Kitchen is well stocked with staples, living area was nice and relaxing and the pool was awesome. Started each day with coffee on the verandah and ate every meal there as well. It was beautiful overlooking the farm land and so peaceful. We loved our stay here.

Wonderful Stay!

Anne & Graham were such lovely hosts! The property is a great place to stay! Perfect location, just a short drive or nice walk to the beaches or shops. Relaxing coastal country getaway

The house is very spacious, furnished with character which gives it a nice homely feel. Loved the attention to details such as the bed linen and beautiful towels.
