Terrible experience. I reserved a room with two beds. Was given a room with one bed by person at desk. When I told clerk I reserved room with two beds, was told that's what the manager gave me and he can do whatever he wants. They said no other rooms were available. Luckily, a girl waiting in the slow moving line agreed to swap rooms with me. Will never, ever go back and will tell all members of the organization to which I belong to avoid at all costs.

It was good just for the night. The only bad thing was the next morning we went to check out and no one was in the office. It was to open at 7 and have muffins for breakfast but nothing.

Harlan did an amazing job fixing our problems for us. First we have two service dogs and the lady was trying to give me another room that I had not booked. I booked a king bed. She tried putting us in a double bed room which wasn’t even her job. She was rude to my fiance about it and we also were charged 30$ extra for checking in early. Which I didn’t care about but the room we were giving 112 smelled no reeked of cigarettes. So we complained to Harlan and he moved us and made sure we were good. But even our new rooms bed was horrible. Wasn’t cleaned hair clumps all over the floor and the bed seemed to be broke. Huge hole in the middle not comfortable at all.

Loved dealing with Harlin, ended up chatting for a bit with him and got some great recommendations for shopping and eating. It is an older Motel, and it does show, but we enjoyed our stay enough to stay again a week later. friendly staff and, this is super important, great water pressure in the shower!

Bedbugs and they know it.
We arrived the first night and found a bedbug the next morning. Then that night we found another one. Went to the front desk and he didn’t want to give us another room at first. Then said there are only bedbugs in the other building not the one we are in. If they are in one building then they are in all. I showed him video of the bug before he believed me. We ended up moving to a new hotel for the rest of our stay.

Nice place to stay
Loved the fact they called me day of to check on arrival time so they turned AC down to 65degrees which was great bc it was a hot weekend!! The hotel is basic but nice. Had the king size bed which was dated but not hateful! Will consider in the future for sure!!

Great location
It was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was all we needed for a one-night stay. I especially liked the hotel's proximity to the sites we wanted to see while we stayed there. We were able to walk to the cemetery, right across the street. We were within walking distance of Gettysburg's cute shops and restaurants. I highly recommend Johnny's Pizza.

Great little hotel
Staff is super friendly and room is nice. Not really modern and updated but great stay for a budget and super close to all Gettysburg attractions! I plan on staying here again.

Have stayed here many times and this time was very disappointing. The room was very dirty and not like it has been in the past. We went and bought some cleaner just to make the room stayable- The staff is friendly but that can only go so far. The location is great but I am not sure if we will stay again.
