The main floor units are ideal for families with young kids (deck is ground level, less stairs). The unit provides 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with cheater door to the master bedroom, a nice open plan living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen area, with stainless steel appliances, definitely makes for a comfortable space to relax after a hard day of recreation. This beautiful townhouse offers much to the lovers of snow, nature and a true experience of relaxation!

Ski resort restaurants, shops and the gondola all within brisk walking distance. This Aspens Condo comfortably fits a family or a group from 4 to 6 individuals. The condo up in the kicking horse resort area just out of golden was great. We traveled to banff and yoho parks which was a bit of a drive but it was great to have the condo in a secluded area to retreat to The garage parking was too tight for us but there was plenty of outdoor parking available It was a hot summer so a mini AC unit would be nice and the mosquitoes were out of control, but overall we really enjoyed our stay

This property is horribly outdated. The blinds didn't work, the furniture doesn't match, towels are scratchy, faded and mis-matched, same goes for sheets/duvets. It does not sleep 6 people, the pull out couch is easily over 20 years old. The one bedroom window didn't close and we had to go outside to close it. Accommodations in the kitchen were almost non-existent (one pan!) Would not recommend this property for more then 2 people and bring all your own stuff!

We had amazing days skiing in Revelstoke and Kicking horse. The house was clean and net and very nice with all the amenities need it. Paul was very easy to reach and communicative all the time. I will definitely comeback in the future

Very comfy stay
House is very well set up. The beds are amazing, such great mattresses & pillows- not common at a rental. Having the washer & dryer in the kitchen helped immensely when travelling with children. And the hot tub is fabulous. Proper hot tub hot, not Luke warm. Communicating with Paul is easy & he always responds promptly. Will definitely stay again if we get the chance.

We stayed for 4 nights, 2 kids and 2 adults. We paid almost $500/night and had high expectation. The condo is EXTREMELY WELL USED and outdated. Functional, however, many items were in need of repair/maintenance. Examples included: knives were dull, cookware was falling apart (handles loose), cabinet hardware missing, kitchen faucet loose and sloppy, laminate counter chipped and wore, dining room light only had 1 functional light bulb, dishwasher was very low quality and dishes didn't come clean, stovetop stained and marked, TV sound bar not functional...list goes on. Cleanliness - reasonable given the condition of the condo, however, the bedroom storage drawers were dirty and we needed to clean them before putting clothes in. Bedrooms are very tight. The "master" has a queen bed with bathroom, and the second bedroom a double, but little to no walking space around the bedrooms. Deck - snow covered and had a thick layer of ice when we arrived, not acceptable. When we arrived there was a tear in the bbq cover (right hand side near side burner). The property owner accused us that we tore the cover and charged us $56. Ludicrous. Positives - close to ski hill (however, not a true ski out as you need to walk up the hill with skis). Heated parking was nice, but extremely tight stalls. Decent hot tub. We will NOT stay again. Poor value. Very disappointed in quality and the fact the owner charged us for something we didn't do. Not recommended.
