Front desk employee was nice, but every time we asked for a service we were given some backlash that we “already asked for something too recently”. They put us on a floor that had construction going on midday with a weird stench. Looked like it was trying to be a top tier hotel but was a miss in many aspects. Not too bad of an experience. Did find hair on the bedsheets, and toilet wouldn’t flush in one of the rooms.

Exceeded expectations!
Great experience overall. Check in was quick and easy, staff were very friendly. Uzma and Alisha went out of their eayto help us all and wuickly changed kne of the rokms which we weren't fully happy with. Will definitely use this hotel again, when we are in the area, as it is very accessible from the motorway and the breakfast was good too. 👍

Great hotel - nice clean & warm rooms. Just takes a while for hot water to appear when taking a shower. Breakfast is ok. Love the cat who seems to live at the hotel- maybe we could have his/her name known??

Bathroom needs updating
Needs updating. My toilet wouldn't flush without multiple attempts, bin and shower head broken and the bathroom floor was so slippery as to be a health hazard. Breakfast was not the best, very dry from sitting too long on the hot plate. Bed was comfy and decent size rooms. Not sure I would choose here again though.
