The hotel for it's price is excellent. The room was fairly clean but they clearly had missed under the bed. We expected a twin bedroom but ended up with a double bed which did not have a lot of space around the edge. The service was really good. I would stay there again. It is a good budget hotel but remember it is a BUDGET hotel.

God verdi for pengene
Ålreit sted. Ganske lite til å være et hotell, føltes litt som om vi kom hjem til noen. Men rommet var veldig stort, badet var rent og fint, frokosten var god og damen som jobbet der var veldig hyggelig. Pris var også veldig ålreit. Gratis parkering for bilen og få minutter med buss inn til byen.

Mysig och lugn "getaway"
Hotellet var precis som vi hade förväntat oss, och lite till! Det som gjorde det extra bra var den fantastiska personalen som verkligen verkade bry sig om sina gäster. Vi fick hjälp med allt vi behövde och mer därtill. Hotellet ligger lite i utkanten av stan, men det var lätt att ta sig dit kollektivt. Trots sitt läge bredvid en väg blev vi aldrig störda av oväsen, och hela hotellrummet vilade i ett lugn. Rekommenderar verkligen det här hotellet för en mysig och lugn getaway! Kommer definitivt komma hit igen för att koppla av.

Hemtrevligt. Rummen var ändamålsenliga, rena och bekväma. Personalen fixade mat trots att vi anlände sent. Ska man jobba i närheten så är det ett perfekt alternativ. Frukosten var jättebra och ett extra plus att den var från 06.30

Var lite orolig pga läge. Vi var sent ute med bokning så det fanns inte många hotellrum att välja emellan. Emellanåt, trots att vi hade ingen bil, var det lätt att ta sig till Liseberg ,tåg stationen m.m. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Det var väldigt varmt i rummet pga vädret och svårt att sova eftersom fönstren kunde inte öppnas och ingen spärr på balkong dörren på marknivå.

Trevligt hotell med känsla av att bo på ett Tyskt gasthaus. Trevlig personal och de serverade den godaste lasagne vi någonsin ätit.

STAY AWAY - TERRIBLE PRIVATE HOUSE
STAY AWAY! Et privathus som er ombygd til "hotell". Dårlig vedlikeholdt. Støv og spindelvev på rommet. Vi booket "suite" og forventet noe ekstra, men det som møtte oss var det motsatte - et "hjemmesnekret" rom med lav standard. Bilder på hotellets hjemmesider gir et ikke representativt inntrykk av "hotellet". Om vi skulle bruke badekaret på badet så forlangte de SEK 500 ekstra... Rommet var skittent, manglet såpe, vi ville snu i døre og reise et annet sted - men rommet var forskuddsbetalt og de ville ikke refundere oppholdet. Ved utsjekk så vi at vi aldri ville komme igjen, hvor de svarte at vi heller ikke var velkommen igjen... Frokosten besto av brød og litt pålegg, men det var så liten plass å sitte at vi måtte trekke ut på veranda for å spise på våte bord og stoler selv om det kun var 16 personer i "spiserommet". Baserer sin utleie på forskuddsbetalte rom uten mulighet for refusjon, basert på bilder som gir inntrykk av et fint eksklusivt hotell.

Familjärt hotell med underbar personal. Perfekt att ha med barnen. Sängarna var dock i hårdaste laget. Kostnad för att använda bad vilket inte framgick av annonsen men det var väl värt pengarna. Vi kommer att åka dit igen!
