Room was good value for working people staying over. Had good reviews but wasn't all that quiet with workers up and leaving early. Nice setup with common kitchen and courtyard. On street parking but dead end street so no issues.

The man on reception was lovely, helpful. Didn’t like parking on the street. Room was very clean but walls badly need painting. Free breakfast. Only drawback for me was street parking. I was travelling to Victoria. So a convenient place to stay.

This property was sufficient for the 1 night stopover. We didn't use the communal kitchen but it looked good. Only downside they had what looked like road workers staying and they were a bit noisy when we were trying to sleep after a long day of driving. Not the hotels fault though unless they have these companies regularly book.
