My only slight complaint would be that the airport shuttle was not available at time of our flight (which was early granted). But the front desk women arranged a taxi for us. So it worked out

Everything was very clean, quiet and relaxing. This meant a lot as we were in a huge hurry. Beds were very comfortable, and we both fell asleep right away, which is hard for me. Holiday Inn is my favorite and only hotel chain I use.

The stay was nice, but the service at the resturant was unacceptable. One item that was really unnecessary was the fact I got my order and then had to wait for silverware. Breakfast was cold. I felt I could not ask for anything due to the fact I felt forgotten.

Overall the rating was good although I requested the quiet side and was placed on the highway side. Asked for quiet floor upper and ended up with floor that had kids running up and down hallways.

The staff was willing for us to check in early and called to say rooms were ready but when we arrived, they were not quite ready. Other than that miscommunication, it was great. Breakfast was good and reasonable. Parking available and we felt safe. Slept really well!
