Best time I had with a friend even though we kept getting lost in hotel lol. Room service was wonderful for myself but not so much for my friend. The middle of her pizza was soggy and all she really ate was the crust. Everything was very tidy and employees friendly

Waited 35 mins in line to check in. Paid for room rental in cash. The gal behind the counter took 15 MINUTES to count back change. The friends we came with had fully completed the check in process and i was still waiting for $15 change. They said we could have same floor. The gal.checking me in said "as soon as I count this chnage out, Ill assign your room". No such chnace of being together. Friends were on 25, we were on 19. And the iron in the room didnt work. The bathroom was too small for 2 people to get ready in. VERY OVER PRICED!

I booked a room here because of a concert at Van Andel. The walk was quick and easy from the hotel. I love the historic building and it's kept very nice. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are excellent, but my room was ready until 4:15 pm. I was attending a wedding and wanted the room between the wedding and reception. There was no pen in the room to fill out my card, no water in the room. The hotel doesn't have coffee after 6pm.
