Bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned during room service from the sands that came in with our cloth from the beach. Towels were not available for 2 days out of our 4 day stay for swimming pool or for beach as promised. Otherwise, clean and good staves.

Staff here are simply extraordinary and took time to always say hello, help us out or check in on us. We had a long stay and happy we were able to find this hotel on short notice. Rooms were clean and the property is well maintained. The pool area is great. We hope to be back in 2025! We have some minor discrepancies on invoicing to reconcile and about the only downside is there is no coffee maker in the room. They use a tea bag type kettle system that does not work well. It would be great if the single use condiments could be separated to ensure less waste. Creamer, napkin, stir and sweetener are wasted just to use a single sugar package. Had a 4AM false alarm on day we were leaving resulting in a rather long day of travel. Very odd.

Easy walking distance to almost everywhere you deem to visit at Waikiki. Clean room and modern looking. Still a peek at the ocean in the balcony. Only complain might be a bit noisy on the street, but at reasonable time. Love to stay there

Great stay. The bed was super comfortable. Shower head was great. Location is right next to a bus stop and a block away from ABC store. The restaurant/bar downstairs makes the best drinks Only wish they had a desk in the hotel room

I liked the free and discounted beach equipment rentals as well as the bikes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Waikiki beach was only a 15 minute walk away with lots of window shopping on the way. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Restaurant downstairs had amazing food and coffee. We had a great view from our room. Plenty of chairs at the pool for everyone and had a bar at the pool as well as the restaurant downstairs. Lobby was big and had an open concept downstairs, very quiet and peaceful. Included a small fitness room, special events such as pilates at the pool on fridays, microwave, ice machine, small book rental shelf, etc. Free pool towels you could take and easily return in a bin by the pool. I honestly couldn't think of anything I diskliked.

In general the place is great, but they didn’t advertise that parking is either $51 a night valet by the hotel or good luck finding street parking. If you are military though the Hale Koa parking is within walking distance so that worked out. If you’re E1-E6 you can get your ticket verified at the Hale Koa and get cheaper parking. That is my only complaint though. Everything else was great at the Ambassador. Also, if you plan to wash clothes it can be tricky too, but not to big of a deal.

easy walk to beach ， on site restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner， free rental bike， filtered water fountain。 very friendly staff， and the room size is spacious， especially the restroom。I will recommend to friends and family。

I loved this place! It's so cute and unique. The area was perfect for us to be close to everything with a little less tourist congestion.Easy walk to the beach or to shopping. The pool is so nice and I loved our room with its huge windows and balcony. I will stay here again when I come back!
