The Space:
Guests will arrive to a fully stocked kitchen with island and 2 stools, open living space, a comfortable workspace, 2 bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms and a Nintendo Switch (We do not provide logins. You must login your own Nintendo account).

This apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, lightning-fast WiFi, smart TVs, and complete privacy throughout your stay. Additionally, there is no need to worry about expensive parking fees - This location offers free parking for two cars in the attached garage and additional free parking in the parking lot.

Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads

This property offers a range of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including an on-site fitness center, game room, theatre room, library, and vending machines. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy our outdoor pool, which is open from Memorial Weekend- Sept 13th. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras

A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to Airbnb reservation.

• Please note that the outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. However, it is currently closed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
