Total disappointment, checked in , looked at the room and left, I rented a room in a Holiday inn 2 miles away.i haven travelling world wide for over 50 years, this is the biggest dump I have ever seen, I took pictures. I didnā€™t think Hotels.com could have such a low standard.

There were dirty towels left in the bathroom, water on the bathroom floor, shower was dirty, window sills dirty and loaded with dead bugs, curtains are heavily soiled, overall the facility was just very unclean.
