I stayed for five nights and the hotel is impeccable. It's modern, spacious and very clean. The staff is attentive, professional, polite and friendly. They really make you feel welcomed at the hotel. The room is very well-maintained with an excellent shower. I LOVE the neighborhood. The hotel in located in a very central location within a five-min walking distance to a major subway station. It feels very safe and there are LOTS of restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores near the hotel. Dotonbori and Namba are just one subway station away or an easy stroll of 15 mins. You have to pay for breakfast. It's pretty healthy with various options. The pineapple and oranges are SO sweet!!! I love Osaka and I love walking around the hotel. Every corner has something interesting. I can't wait to go back to Osaka and stay in this hotel again!

Beautiful hotel with super comfortable beds. The rooms are a bit small of course per standard Japanese hotel sizing but was definitely fine for me and my partner for 4 nights worth. The staff were awesome - super friendly and helpful when we had any questions! Location is good - two blocks away from the main Shinsaibshi shopping area, but it’s closeby to some clubs so I heard faint bass music thumping at midnight on a weekday. However this is easily fixed by wearing earplugs. Other than that, the area is very quiet and lots of food and convenience stores. I would stay here again.

The hotel is located right next to two night clubs, Bambi and The Pink, the latter of which just opened in Nov 2024. It’s right off of Shinsaibashi-suji, the main shopping strip of Osaka and easily walkable to popular tourist attractions. No shortage of good dinner and lunch options in the area too. The breakfast was made for Western palates, so if you want a Japanese breakfast feel, then maybe skip the breakfast buffet at the hotel. All-in-all a great stay with staff that speak close-to-fluent english.

Hotel The Flag Shinsaibashi was a great stay. The location is a short walk to Dontonbori which has great access to restaurants and shops. Their breakfast buffet was amazing! So many options and the items always changed up but also had the classics like pastries and toasts. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and made it easy for us to be able to deliver our luggage to Kyoto for our next travel plans. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was modern and very close to the main shopping street in Shinsaibashi. It was very easy to get around since it was close to the Midosuji line. Would definitely recommend as it was very modern and the room was great! They also have complimentary water, coffee and tea. There are laundry facilities onsite as well.
