Osaka’s Best Hotel!
Truly the best stay I had in Japan, would recommend this hotel to everyone! Customer service was top notch! Close to all the shopping & eateries also by the subway lines!! They also take care of your luggage if you need it shipped to your next destination! Love this hotel! Sagoi!!!

This was my favourite hotel we stayed in during our Japan trip. The hotel is super modern and the rooms are spacious. The location of this hotel is the best! Super close to restaurants, bars, konbini’s and public transport. The staff were so friendly and were so happy to help us ship our luggage back to Tokyo. The reception area had so much space to hang out and the little library was quiet and close to the laundry/vending machines etc.. If we were ever to go back to Osaka, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but Hotel The Flag!

Very nice hotel! Located in a great area, just a few minutes walk to Dotombori. The breakfast is excellent with lots of options. Additionally, the hotel is just a few blocks from Shinsaibashi station, which is very convenient after a long day of walking. The staff is very kind and friendly.

Really lovely stay. Very comfortable, quiet, rooms a good size and love the reusable water bottles and free coffee in the lounge. Great location. Only minus points would be that there does not look to be a view from any of the rooms and you are not automatically given an iron and they are often booked out.

Fabulous hotel, very modern and clean and the staff were very helpful and spoke great English. The room was spacious and really comfortable. Hotel was such a convenient location, lots happening in the area, minutes away from a metro station and a short walk to Dotonbori, I’d definitely stay here again if we revisit Osaka.

Really liked how the hotel offers bottles for water from their water dispenser. Laundry facility is really clean, you're able to check the availability of them on the Android phone. Wash is 500¥ (max 10kg) and dryer is 100¥ for 8min (low, standard and high temp). Also able to fill in the forms electronically for luggage transfer.

Nice hotel
Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They answered any questions that we had and did take the time to get to know us. The hotel itself was really nice and a great location. Plenty of places to eat at and go shopping within a short, walks le distance. Room was a bit small, but we knew this going in and was very manageable. Again great hotel and definitely would recommend. Thanks for making our stay here great.

The hotel is located very close to Dontonburi and the shopping area. It’s far away enough so it’s not crazy crowded outside the hotel. The staff is nice, professional, and speak English. They have a good amount of laundry machines as well. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Hotel is very modern.

We loved our short stay. The staff are attentive and welcoming. Great breakfast buffet and bonus free refreshments avaialable in the lounge area. Room clean and modern. Central location and close to multiple metro stations.

The property is super clean and modern. Their luggage transfer was unique compared to other hotels where it require you to fill a form by hand while this hotel uses Google Form, and receipt and tracking is done electronically. The double queen is also spacious enough for you to open a large clam luggage. That said, it is not perfect for the following: 1/ not enough space in the bathroom for amenities but has a large shower for 2. 2/ not enough hangers to hang clothes. 3/ they only offer brush and Colgate. 4/ they do not offer water 5/ noisy, we stayed on the 7th floor and would hear the drunk people between 2am 5am screaming. 6/ walls are thin so you have hear your neighbours across the walls. Lucky for us, we were a corner unit I would not use this hotel again. If you are looking for a lively neighborhood and convenience for shopping, go-ahead
