Well decorated and ideal for business meetings
This hotel chooses above average suppliers which makes it feel good value for money. All areas I visited were well decorated. On the whole, they manage large groups well.

Unpleasant experience
Service generally poor staff not quite able to provide correct or accurate information or assist. Restaurant service left being put in embarrassing situation where was asked to pay but on first day, but on first day was given impression can pay bill at end of stay. The machine was not working was asked to come down to the restaurant at 10.30 to make a part payment and then was able to make rest on leaving. Not a pleasant experience.

The bedroom pillows are very very soft need new pillows probably used so many times. The mattress was very very poor as Been used so many times end up having a rash from something crawling on the mattress. Would never use this hotel again

Airy and Spacious with good facilities
The hotel has a good airy atmosphere and is very spacious. My room was rather cold but, a heater was provided (and yes it was in June). Facilities are very good. Water pressure in my room was weak for the shower but, at the swimming pool the shower pressure there was amazing. Will stay again though.

Good experience
Clean, quiet and nice for a family. Swimming pool is good, kids times appropriate. Breakfast was also full and delicious, everything you expect. The shower hose was leaking in our bathroom, but it did not make much inconvenience. Overall, very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel.
