Check in was easy. Staff were helpful. The room was clean and spacious with good natural light. The swimming pool was a bonus. Even though I had prepaid my tariff I got a greeting text the evening before my arrival with a link to online registration that said I hadn’t paid anything and would have to pay an even bigger tariff. Apparently this is an automated and standard practice which makes no sense. It worried me all night that I might have been scammed for the prepayment. Not a great way to start my holiday. The mattress my room was very soft and sank down in the centre so I didn’t get a very good sleep. I think it was a foam mattress and probably a bit old. If all the mattresses are like that, they need to be upgraded.

Stayed in the Garden Room, terrible and unacceptable cleanliness level for the following reasons; - fridge and air con made are extremely noisy, had to turn the air con off in the end. - bed and pillows were terrible. Bed was hard and could feel the springs, and any slight movement the bed rolled around the floor. - cleanliness was disgusting to the point I didn’t want to stay. Hairs in the bathroom and a dead cockroach. A beverage was spilled next to the bed, so clearly the room had not been cleaned properly. - you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbour does. Ours wanted to stay up all night, resulting in zero sleep (I suspect this may have been a permanent tenant, as this property allows permanent tenants). - parking would not be adequate should the premises be full, and there is no off street parking as it’s on a main road - decor is old, dated and dirty, paint is peeling from the walls. - smokers are allowed on each balcony, resulting in smoke blowing into your room as well. - no staff at all on premises. - WiFi did not work. I genuinely don’t understand the positive reviews for this property. I would never ever stay here again, and definitely do not recommend anyone else stay here.

Our family was so disappointed with staying in the standard cabin. There were no curtains where the bunks were, like seriously? we were given paper and blue tack to cover the window. How unprofessional!!! The curtains had been removed also from the end room so we as parents had no privacy. I am annoyed, as this should be disclosed to paying guests and this cabin should be discounted. You don't want people walking past looking in and want privacy during your stay. Will never stay in these cabins again and offering paper is not appropriate at all. Stop being tight and put up some curtains!

Stayed overnight in the motel room for a work trip. Room was very comfortable, easy parking just right outside. Convenient location, close to shops & dining (tavern). Check-in instruction was easy to follow.

We needed somewhere to stay overnight so we could get to the airport in the morning for an early flight. The bed was comfortable and the room was ready for us- air conditioning already on (was a hot day). There was a huge TV and tea and coffee. No microwave. My partner wanted an extra pillow but he still slept well. The room was quiet and it was an easy drive to the airport the next morning. Reasonably priced. Nice and clean.

A perfectly adequate self contained queen room. The room was clean, bathroom was adequate and the staff were very proactive with late check in. My gripe is with the 'kitchen' facilities in the room. A small fridge and a microwave are supplied but with no utensils and no plates or bowls I'm not sure what they expect you to eat on or with! People mostly choose caravan park-type accommodation for the affordability, and these same people mostly want to self-cater. That is not possible in this type of room at this location.
