Room was this time reasonably clean and organised.Room is hard to rest in, lack of fresh air doesn’t help, air con noise and hard to regulate it make a night sleep a challenge.Towels weren’t the freshest clean.Location is great.we struggle to sleep in this rooms every time we stay.Experience could be much better.I did ask reception for a reasonable room, unfortunately I received same room as last time.

Food for thought.
The room was very clean,but the food on a Sunday night was not good and luke warm. As we left before 6am for a flight we didn't see any of the grab and go breakfast or informed about it by the staff as we checked out.

We had room 1071 which had a window overlooking the wine tower in the bar area. Bed seemed to be on a slant, pillows were hard and tv was on side wall so extremely uncomfortable to watch from the bed. Stayed here several times before early morning flight but this was the worse room we have had.

Booking in very good Room clean furniture a bit dated On entry everything looked good but I had booked a suite no lighting at all in the living room side also tv wasn’t connected rang room service who came quickly to try resolve the problem but it would not off correctly as two tv were in the suite if you watched the living area one it would turn the bedroom area one off & if you had the bedroom one on it would turn the living area off so not satisfactory situation Did talk to reception & offer point to my loyalty card but on booking out it wasn’t so not sure how it will be resolved Bar area clean & decoration nice Very helpful breakfast staff & food
