mi visita al hotel
Mi estancia en lo general fue agradable, las habitaciones son particularmente cómodas, con un estilo de casa clásica minimalista. Lo que podría cambiar es la comodidad de los baños los lavabos son extremadamente pequeños y no es muy cómodo lavarse las manos. Algo de lo que se podría mejorar muchisimo es tener una zona de estacionamiento, se solicita a las personas con coche descargar una app para poder pagar parquimetro, lo cual es algo incomodo considerando que las personas que llegan a dicho hotel no quieran descargar la app, sin embargo, la cafetera que esta en la primera planta del hotel te permite pagar ciertas horas para no recibir una multa. aun asi seria recomendable que el hotel buscara una buena solución para este problema. Las personas que trabajan ahí son muy atentas se les puede solicitar la limpieza del cuarto e inmediatamente la realizan, se preocupan por tener un ambiente favorable para las visitas. Algo de lo que mas me gusto del hotel es que cuenta con una cafetería con postres extremadamente ricos.

No es un hotel-hotel
Para empezar el hotel tiene dos locaciones, una principal de mucho mejor apariencia y otra junto a una café frente a la calle. La oferta es completamente distinta en las dos, y según el personal del hotel a veces te toca hospedarte en una y a veces en la otra. Es dependiendo de la suerte o de la disponibilidad, pero supuestamente ambas son iguales. La que nos tocó era evidentemente la peor, al menos a juzgar por las áreas comunes. Se siente como estar en una especie de hostal muy bien cuidado. La habitación era cómoda pero con algunos detalles incómodos: no te dan jabón, y te dan un shampoo como de hotel de quinta en sobrecito. El baño es diminuto. Las áreas comunes se asemejan a una vecindad, en fin una experiencia por $1,300-$1,400 que se siente más como de $500. La otro propiedad, es un poco mejor visualmente en sus áreas comunes. No sé si haya mejor servicio o también se sientan sus habitaciones tan desmejoradas, pero da la impresión de que no. En fin, no creo que la oferta esté balanceada entre una propiedad y otra, y eso es muy notorio para el cliente.

Bonito pero ruidoso en la noche. No descansas.
El hotel es muy lindp y limpio, estabamos gratamente sorprendidos hasta que dormimos. Tienen un wine bar que no noa dejo dormir por la musica y conversaciones hasta como la 4 de la mañana. No lo recomiendo por eso.

Excelente lugar
Nos fascinaron las instalaciones, la habitación sencilla es pequeña pero muy cómoda y con un estilo muy padre, lo mismo para el resto del lugar. Muy bonito, definitivamente volveria.

Excelente ubicación/precio.!
El costo es adecuado para lo que ofrece el hotel, no tiene aire acondicionado pero no hizo falta porque el clima estuvo fresco en la ciudad. Las habitaciones son básicas, con el espacio justo, ni más ni menos. No da la impresión de ser un hotel, de nota desde que entras que es un hostal, uno con estilo y decoración muy agradable e interesante. Lo único que no me pareció correcto es que para la publicidad del CASA BRUSSELAS 2 pongan fotos del CASA BRUSSELAS 1, están cruzando la calle, pero las diferencias son enormes.! Uno es súper lujoso, bonito lleno de detalles agradables y áreas comunes muy bonitas y el otro no tiene esos detalles. Pedí cambio al CASA BRUSSELAS 1 en mi segunda noche y no tuvo comparación, espacios amplios, baño grande y lujoso. Su único detalle es no dar informes de las diferencias. Y lo mejor es la ubicación, caminando fuimos cada noche a la Av. Chapultepec donde hay muuuuchos bares y restaurantes, siempre encontramos lugares ricos para desayunar a pocas cuadras del lugar.

Thought I was in London or Paris
What a wonderful surprise ! Booked on line had never stayed there BUT will always stay there in the future . The area Colinia Americana is a ONE of a kind . Hotel is located in two separate building And was told there will soon be a wine bar to complement the wonderful small café ...Waling distance to guessing 100 bars and cafes ...You can not go wrong here . We stayed in rooms 1 and 2 would like to have spent a bit more and taken a bigger rom But was lucky to be able to stay as they were full The last 2 rooms Hurry and stay before this place is totally discovered ....

Pequeño hostal boutique
Me encanta la decoración y La ubicación. Las habitaciones son del tamaño original de la casa y resaltaron los detalles. Tiene una cafetería muy linda a la entrada de la casa y el café y los platillos están deliciosos, además de que el desayuno está incluido!
