This hotel smelled great. it's not the overwhelming perfume or potpourri, but a pleasant smell of tea leaves. The breakfast was so great with so many varieties. All their staff were super friendly and courteous. I want to give a special thanks to Robert tending the the first floor. He's a hero in helping me navigating through the transportation system and my itinerary in China. Overall, a lovely experience. I wish I had more time in this hotel as I only stayed two nights.

Great stay, especially love the service level of the hotel staff. Room was big and clean, though design is abit dated. Toilet was spacious and love the layout, with the walk-in dressing space next to it.

Wonderful hotel, we stayed in the club suite, absolutely gorgeous. The club restaurant is nice, decent food, good wine great service. The signature Chinese restaurant on the 26th floor is just average, not worth the price and the effort.
