Second time staying at the Kuta Paradiso Hotel. Location near DPS International Airport is very handy, as is yhe free airport pickup/drop off service provided by the hotel. Hotel facilities are very nice with a great breakfast buffet, included with the price of my room. Kuta Beach is just a stone's throw from the hotel. Excellent location!

Stayed here before many years ago, iconic Kuta Property that is sadly in need of an upgrade ensuite taps did not work properly squirting water all over basin, main control panel for all lighting was faulty and had to be attended to a couple of times pool area, water was clean but lots of mould on walls of pool this was good value for money thats why we picked it, but hotel management can no longer expect staff to have to make up for property being in poor condition would not comeback until renovation complete also was annoying i had 2 rooms prepaid $500 so we could book food by the pool to my room it took 4 days before this was not a hassle to have happen and continually had to check and ask for cash.

This is my second time staying at Kuta Paradiso. It is one of the best hotels in all of Bali and the service is top standard. The staff are so helpful, well mannered and beautiful. The buffet breakfast was amazing every morning. We were able to attend the New Year Gala dinner which was out of this world. One of the best I have ever attended. The hotel is at a very convinient location and has plentiful dining options. I will come back to this hotel and I recommend others to also choose this hotel.

Very ordinary
This hotel is in need of an upgrade. Staff were very difficult to deal with and not very pleasant. Breakfast very ordinary and difficult for seating as very busy during our stay. Note your free airport shuttle only runs every two hours not on request. The toilet stopped working twice however staff were there very quickly to fix it. Good shower and bathroom amenities. Beds comfortable.

The property should have had a major refurbishment at least ten years ago the staff were lovely and the rooms were cleaned spotlessly every day buffet breakfast was pretty average but the photos of the hotel were obviously taken when it was brand new

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with great beds. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast options available each morning. The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, especially Denny. A fair value for the price, we would stay here again. My only complaint is: be aware that you must bring $200 in cash as they will ask to leave it as a deposit, which I didn’t see anywhere. It is inconvenient because they don’t take credit cards like other hotels. In addition, the shuttle service runs only from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, which is inconvenient if you travel before or after those times. Overall, the hotel is nice… not five stars, but it’s still a good hotel
