Perfect.

I arrived from a long trip from Canada at 8am, the room wasn’t ready but the gentlemen et the reception gave me accès to a shower at the Gym. At 11am I came to check if my room would be available( and they are rarely) an yes it was. The staff at front desk, bellboy, luggage storage, restaurant and gym where all very nice and helpful. One of best place I been in Guangzhou so far. I really recommends!

Prime location, delightful service!

Location is unbeatable, with direct access from Baiyun Airport via the Metro! Mr. Le Wen, the mixologist at the #33 Executive Lounge, crafted some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had, transforming the Happy Hour into a delightful experience. His expertise and friendly demeanor really made us feel welcome and relaxed. Highly recommend Sheraton GZ for both its prime location and delightful service!

Excellent location next to Tiyuxilu Station and shopping area. Good service, from receptionist to concierge to bellboy. Room was spacious and clean, though shower area was old.
