This is a truly brilliant hotel. The breakfast is amazing and so expensive I would have needed to have been there a week to work my way round all the food. Super convenient to the airport

Great location, not clean and dangerous electrics
This hotel is not five star by a long way, from the service to the cleanliness. Location is fantastic for an early flight the next day and that's the best point about the hotel. The check-in process was quick, mainly because they didn't cover any details about the hotel eg breakfast time/location. The rooms were small but fine enough for a night. The bathroom had black mould in the shower and around the sink. They had tried to go modern with touch controls for the blinds and lights but these no longer worked well. The vanity light in the bathroom is on all the time, despite being able to hear the click in the fuse box when you used the switch and the bedside light had the switch removed at some point and the cable had been rejoined together with electrical tape, so dangerous and not very pleasant to have to reach behind the bedside table to the floor to turn it off at the wall. It was really hard to find the hotel from terminal 2 when we arrived and the shuttle service that is advertised doesn't work at peak times as there is too much demand but it is only a 5 minute walk into T1.

Such a fantastic place. Second time we have decided to stop over here to break up the trip back from Europe to Australia. Staff are so helpful. Our breakfast was superb and restaurant staff were fabulous.

The location is perfect for people arriving late or needing to leave early. It's only a few walking minutes away from the terminal. In addition, it's also only a few walking minutes away from the Food Garden, which offers lots of good food choices at reasonable prices
