Very disappointed. As soon as I got into the room I noticed an order. Can’t specify exactly what. What really made it worse is when we came back to the room in the afternoon after going to the casino and the room wasn’t cleaned.In the hallway I saw one of the cleaning ladies and asked if she’s going to our room and she said no because I didn’t ask for it. I have been in many hotel in different part of the world and never I had to ask to have the room cleaned it was alway automatically done. Complained and said the same thing that the ladies were almost done for the day but they would try to get someone to do the cleaning. When I booked the rooms I booked 4 rooms for different members of my family. Two rooms were cleaned the other 2 rooms were left undone. Very unprofessional. For the price that I paid not worth the money and will NEVER stay at a Hyatt hotel again.

I do know if there was anything unique but I did like that there was a bar and it was open late. As you can tell by most of the review, everything was fantastic with the exceptions being ... 1. You could hear normal talking in the hall 2. Furniture was outdated. All the best David
