I was not impressed with this hotel. For a few $ more we should have stayed at Mohegan Sun. They advertise a free shuttle to the casino but it only runs on Friday and Saturday and we were there on a Sunday.

Staff was excellent. Hotel itself was fine but felt a little run down. Lots of low level damage to everything in my room (showers, vanity, desk…) Air conditioning seemed either broken or just very very bad. Said it was 79 in my room. Didn’t seem accurate but it made it impossible to adjust the temp.

I was very impressed with the size of the room that I was given for the price I paid. The room was very clean, and I had the option to relax in the living room portion of my room or the bed. The continental breakfast was also amazing; so many food options to choose from.

Great alternative to Mohegan
Great stay at the Hyatt place! Room was large, clean and comfortable. The shuttle driver Claude (I believe that was his name, 7/24) was outstanding! Staff was very friendly! Lots of choices for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.
