Cheaper and it shows
Hotel was in a good location, and the included breakfast was decent. There was a backed up toilet downstairs which made the entire second floor smell. The pool was not open even after the days the hotel said it would be reopened. Parking was confusing, and instead of having some idea where valet cars were parked they would just walk through the parking lot setting of alarms to find vehicles. It was very disruptive. The rooms were kind of dinge but you could tell cleaning staff were doing their best to maintain them.

Good: close to the airport, shuttle complementary. Bed was clean and comfortable. Not so good: not an airport hotel about 6-10 min away. Cleanliness is questionable. Shuttle : plan a head, we had to let one shuttle go and wait for another because it was too full. Pricey for the age and condition of the hotel. Wound not stay again.

Have always turned to Hampton Inn for a consistent, comfortable facility. Usually well maintained. In addition, we picked this for the shuttle and the breakfast. We waited over an hour for the airport shuttle, at midnight. It is a10 minute drive. At the airport the check in person was the only employee. He was working as quickly as he could, but was a little overwhelmed and I had to ask to get brisk answers about the morning shuttle and breakfast. It was a worn and older facility.

The hallways in hotel were not clean, lots of debris on each floor, the rooms were clean and some damaged here and there but fine. The pool was closed by order of the city.. notice was posted on the door and pool closed. Only two elevators next to each other in the hotel so long waits.. so I rather used the stairs it was faster. The breakfast was fine hot food so can’t complain, the restaurant had good food we all enjoyed it, and felt fine after. The bar could use few more draft beers since only two were on tap. The parking is crowded, full each night so not easy to park but I was able to find spat each night, also the electric charges on the parking lot are literally twice time more expensive than Tesla chargers around, unbelievable…

Easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff, an exceptionally clean and spacious room, and a short drive to the airport (though through a very busy road even at the early hours of the day) with a shuttle that departs at every 30 minutes starting am.
