Do not stay in this roach motel!
I booked this hotel for a business trip based upon the 3 star rating on hotels.com. Upon arrival, the check in was quick but found that i could have stayed the week for 199 instead of 350. The room was a disaster. The mirror had fallen, no toilet paper, no bottom sheet, no trash can. The room stunk and was in horrible repair. Most clientele appeared to be crackheads and no amenities were available. Furniture was worn out and covers torn. Evening clerk packed up and went home and if you called for something, he advised to call back at 9am when the office opened. This was not even a 1 star property! This place was a joke and i would never stay here again.

I could not stay in the room There was not anyone at the front desk so i left the key and booked a room at the travel lodge through you I expect a refund on the other one It was disgusting and that has never happened before

Room was in need of repairs and cleaning. Holes in bed sheet, hanging broken fixture from ceiling. We checked out early, staff uncaring and complacent. Better to sleep in the car.

The property is in ruins and has turned into a weekly rental, there is no staff overnight, at 6am I walked to where I was told to park a abandoned motel next door, forgot my key and went to office for help, blew horn and called for couple hours , left as soon as I could, have reciept for Howard John’s

Only 1 towel and asked for more but clerk had no access. Got locked out in morning- no one working to help. Luckily we had our luggage. Lights didn’t work.. No Kleenex. I was charged $20 extra for nothing!

Dirty and rude service
The lady ivspoke to on the phone was very friendly when we had to call that we were going to be a late arrival. She said she would let the night clerk know and to call 10 mins before arrival so he would be in the lobby. The guy was extremely rude didnt bother to even give us our receipts. We booked 3 rooms. None of the phones worked the mirrors were nasty with finger prints and dusty. The bathroom door would not shut or lock and there was a used bottle of shampoo in the shower that had clearly not been cleaned. If we had not been so tired we would not have stayed. Never again will we book a night at this location.

CHECK room for everything when entering. FIRST
I can say I asked for a ground floor and they did accommodate me there. At check in I did go in and check the water pressure and AC function all good there, and had to leave. Returned at 10:30 pm went to be, they slept well. Getting up in the morning I had a bathroom facet fall off in my hand, NO WASH Cloths, No face towels, so cold wash face and used one of two bath towels supplied, tables and dresser dirty from glasses or bottles, sticky residue. Called and informed front desk of issues. Returned 2nd night at 11:pm, was locked out of room as the guy the first day only set the card for one night (staying 2) So the facet was fixed, ONE wash cloth, 2 face towels, no more bath towels left. Not Happy but totally trash. OH Forgot the best part. NO POOL as advertised, Closed for months, NO Breakfast buffet as shown in pictures, NOT EVEN COFFEE for gods sake....See picture 17 on hotels.com. They state they are the NEW Management...OMG
