Great service but the buck stops there...
The service at the hotel was excellent. I'd like to mention Janet at the front desk. She was very helpful when we had questions and we never felt rushed. We were very disappointed in the room, except for the bed. It was very comfotable. The room needs major updating. It wasn't very clean as well. Under the desk was filthy. I went under when I was looking for a plug as there were hardly any options in the room. The plugs sitting on top of the desk didn't work. There was a collection of black hair in the bathroom and we have blond. Yuck! I had to dry my hair by using the microwave as a mirror, so my husband could shave. No plug that worked where the mirror in the room was. T

This location is very convenient. The staff were great. This was my second time staying here. The first time the accommodation was great. This time the room seemed very dated and shabby. The bathroom shower got water everywhere and the hallway always smelled like someone was living there and cooking. Sadly my next time visiting I will try somewhere new.

it's All about the service
We a very nice time in the hotel, the staff was very helpful . especially the morning shift manager she was amazing, providing us better rooms to fit our needs. The Hotel has a great location close to times square and great restaurants and of course the broadway theaters

Wonderful location, clean and comfortable. Nice to have free coffee in the lobby each morning and having a fridge and microwave in the room. A couple of minor areas for improvement - soap dispensers are difficult to use (have to squeeze really hard to get small amount, particularly challenging for someone with arthritic hands), would be nice to have a coffee maker in room. No hot water on the morning of our last day!

The staff were really helpful - someone even came quickly to replace a faulty drain switch so that we could use the bath tub.the hotel is in a very convenient location. It was too bad that they do not have a restaurant.
