Linen not supplied for fold out bed/couch. Had to ask reception for a blanket, but no extra pillows or sheets given. Room not cleaned during three night stay, towels replaced once. Main bed was two beds joined- which split apart leaving a gaping chasm in the middle of the bed.

After an initial mix up with our room, the staff went above and beyond to find us a king room that we had asked for, we always enjoy our stay at this hotel, it is in a great location and the staff are wonderful

Conveniently close to Southern Cross Station and Tram stops, a good base to explore Melbourne from. They even kept our luggage safe on the day when we checked out, as we were not leaving till that night on the train, so we could enjoy the day without having to lug our cases everywhere.

Location was ok but a bit pricey for this Hotels age beds very stiff some noise from hallway doors and people and car on roads outside but not too bad overall stay was reasonable but unless it was cheaper then wouldn't stay again most likely staff were nice

Excellent location for Marvel Stadium
Excellent location for Marvel Stadium, only a few minutes walk. Also only about 5 minutes walk from the tram station (it’s located in the free city zone). Friendly staff. Bathrooms need to be cleaned a bit better as they were stained and dirty. Shower took a long time to drain. Breakfast was limited, but very tasty.
