Nice hotel close to airport
Its a nice hotel and close to airport. Room was clean and check-in was good. It would be good if they upfront advertise the nightly parking chargers ($15). Overall it was worth the price and would recommend for next stay.

A middle of nowhere location…. There is a village location some few minutes distant for any dining or supplies. Checkin staff rather nasty….. reluctant to give their best…. Sad. But once past that stay was ok. Bar and large public space very gloomy….. worse at night.

Almost perfect
Rooms were beautiful and beds comfortable. A couple of design flaws were frustrating. First, to use the toilet you have to turn on all bathroom lights and they shine right into the bedroom ( no door). Terrible for a family who has someone who needs to get up and use the restroom at night (like my husband). Second, the toilet was difficult to flush and made a very loud sound. Strange and disappointing for an otherwise higher end hotel.

The property is spotless. Convenient shuttle service is available from and to the Dulles Int. Airport. An outlet mall in Leesburg is within a 15-minute ride, and Uber charges to the mall are pretty reasonable, around 22 US dollars. I highly recommend it, and I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay.

The property itself was great. The staff came off as cold and rude. We chose this Hyatt specifically for 24 hour shuttle service with IAD. We called as we arrived after 11pm as our email instructed us to. The lady told my spouse he didn’t need to call as they come every half hour, but she would send someone over shortly. We headed out with our toddlers into the wind and humidity and waited where she instructed us to. We waited for a half hour and when nobody came and other hotels came by two and three times each, we decided to reach out again. I called two times with no answer from the hotel or shuttle service. The third time I reached somebody we had been waiting for 45 minutes. She told me of course nobody came it was policy to call for a pick up at that time of night. I assured her my husband had spoke to HER and she said quite the opposite. Then she acknowledged his call and said someone had been by and picked up passengers they assumed were us. They had ya answered my call because they were busy checking in other guests, after midnight. She would send someone over right away. A half hour passed. I was getting ready to ask another hotel for a ride or getting a taxi after we were out waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes when finally they pulled up. The driver offered no apologies. They picked up other people at this time too. We arrived at the hotel. We were offered no apology then either. Shuttle problems the next day too.
