Stayed in room 3, there was NO wifi and NO phone reception on either Telstra or Optus. I even bought a 4G router with high gain antennas, no reception. The resort was nice, but I needed wifi / internet / phone, and did not get it.

All the good quality ingredients were there, however, the baking process lacked some heat. A few things that need attention - the shower over the spa bath is a big no. Water all over. Door to bathroom is already rotting at the bottom. A small thing such as the ice tray was not filled, so for a 1 or 2 night stay, no ice. Third and biggest issue was the bedding. Sheet, inner duvet topped with another loose sheet is also a big no! It was hot, so wanted to sleep with sheet only. Separating the sheet from the inner duvet and later trying to draw the duvet up is not exactly hygienic, as you end up with a bare inner which probably gets made up again for next guests. (Personally also did not enjoy that all the balconies look over the pool and face each other.) Check-in service was great.

Had a lovely extra long weekend and met up with old friends. Everything was very comfortable and the suite had all the basics you would need. Internet a bit dodgy but other than that was great and staff were extremely lovely and friendly. View was excellent. Well done guys, I would definitely recommend to friends and family and will be back.

Great apartment with good sea view and pool view aspect. We appreciated that we had been upgraded. The reception staff were very professional and friendly. Close to local sights and Marina within 5 minutes by car. Design of the apartment was modern and stylish. The lounge suite was uncomfortable but general layout of furniture was good. Access to the car park from the apartment was a little confusing in that access key was required differently than normal.

The only downside was actually some people’s lack of consideration towards others - stomping feet like herd of elephants or moving furniture around on the top floor at 10pm or 6am , or ‘singing’/screaming like possessed from their balcony at night.
