Terrible television setup in most of the rooms with very limited channel options and in some rooms no EPG option either. For the money I would expect and demand more and better. Also two single beds pushed together isn’t really a king size bed. No very honest.

Basic rooms with a spacious bathroom. Felt a bit dated all across with a disappointing breakfast selection for a 4 star hotel. Ok overall but nothing to write home about.

lovely stay - needs external tlc but worth a visit
Every single member of staff at this hotel had a lovely attitude - right from the receptionist through to the cleaning staff. We came to play golf and there were two courses to choose from all beautifully maintained. The steak in the restaurant was the best we’d had in a long while . Our room was comfortable and the bedding soft, the shower was powerful and there was a bath too. We had a golf course view and some chairs outside which was nice. Our only observation is that it needs some TLC externally - we were on the patio of the bar and the tables and chairs need repainting, some lazy smokers had left cigarette butts all over the floor so it looked a bit unloved ( although I guess that’s the smokers fault not the hotel ). The windows need painting etc but whilst it made us notice it, it wouldn’t stop us returning as we had a lovely trip.

OK stay, not not worth the money.
Shower was luke warm.... rooms are functional but tired and in need of updating. Breakfast was sold as a buffet yet someone serving portions. Not asked if i had a great stay or if there were any issues. Premiere Inn's are better value all round and half the price

Disappointing ! Booked and reserved a double room with double bed. I was emailed an upgrade offer to a premium room which I accepted at an additional charge of £8 which I accepted. Checkin was unmanned and I had a 10 minute wait for someone to turn up after calling the number as requested. Once in my room it turned out I had twin beds, and I assume a standard room. After a long day at work I had no hot water in my room so no shower. I ordered room service using the online menu, only o be told the items requested weren’t available and the online menu was no longer in use. Settled for steak frites which to be fair was very tasty. Unfortunately still no hot water in the morning so I packed and checked out. On informing reception that there was no hot water in the room I was told there was no hot water in the whole hotel, no apology just a matter of fact statement. I’ll be avoiding MacDonald group hotels in the future

The hotel and breakfast were quite basic for the price we paid to stay here. I was expecting a little more for my money. The hotel website states the breakfast is made to order (variety of options) with a continental buffet but it was actually a hot buffet with items for a full English.

Everything was good we stayed in room 111 and the only thing I would report on the downside was that the bed seemed to dip in the middle. We realise it was two single beds joined together, but it definitely dipped in the middle.

The staff were very welcoming on arrival and managed to getbus checked in early. The room was spacious and the beds extremely comfy. The tea and coffee facilities were very basic and the kettle in the room was well used. Breakfast was very basic for the price and i think very expensive for what was on offer. Other than this the stay was nice and again the staff were all polite and helpful

The shower was disgusting. They clearly do not stand inside the shower when they clean it. If they did, they would see the disgusting stains on the inside of the cubicle. Room 208.

Considering the price and star rating of this hotel it was a huge let down. The rooms are very tired and have very poor amenities. The is only one plug socket available to use for the whole room. This is located by the desk / mirror. No usb or plug sockets next to the bed at all. The lamps are wired into the wall so you even unplug a lamp to use the plug socket. The room felt dirty. There were dirty handprints in the walls. Not enough towels etc etc. very basic to say the least. The breakfast was also of a poor standard. We paid to have breakfast included in the room rate however didn’t bother going after the first morning as its was so rubbish. The selection was 2 star at best. I overheard that they charge £18 per person for this awful selection of breakfast. Drinks very expensive too. Overall a massive let down and definitely will not return or recommend to anyone else.
