Beautiful beachfront property. Nice pool, nice chairs and seemed to be plenty of seating. The coffee shop was great. The two things I did not appreciate: Resort fee did not include parking. Had to pay extra Glass of prosecco was $17.50… too expensive, so just brought our own drinks to pool. Had a wonderful time swimming in the ocean

The hotel itself was great. The room I had must have been handicapped accessible because there was no counter in the bathroom and therefore no place for extras. No extra toilet paper and the towels were outside the room in a small cubby. The sink area was so small that the tissues in the box were wet from the water on the sink. Also no extra place to putout any food and drink you may have brought.

Our stay was ok.
Let me start with the pros first. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the ocean view. We enjoyed the onsite amenities. Close to shopping. The ladies at checkout were nice. Now the cons. When we walked up to the counter to check-in, the assistant manager did not greet us. Instead he put his finger up and said “give us a minute” Rooms a bit outdated. You have to turn the shower knob all the way to hot in order to take a warm shower. Toilet drains slowly. Indoor pool was closed Friday evening. The guy said it was for safety. One of the elevators stopped working and there was a long line. So we took the stairs to the 7th floor. On the day of check out we got a knock on the door at 9am from housekeeping asking if we’re checking out. I told them to give us a minute. Then they came back at 10am and asked again if we were checking out. We felt like we were getting kicked out! Check out wasn’t until 11am. So annoying!

Great hotel for families but food is expensive. Will be back for sure. Nice pools and nice beach.

The phone in our room didn’t work and was never fixed. They still use all top sheets and no fitted sheets on the beds which is extremely uncomfortable. The tv never worked correctly, it rewound and paused continuously. The chairs around the pool can only be rented for a $150 /day which is outrageous when you’re already paying a premium at the resort.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton! It has been nicely renovated and was really affordable for a 4 night stay. I hope they update the pools and the number of pool front seats in the future… but it was great for the value. No complaints!
