Beautiful location with lots of dining options, very friendly and attentive staff. Hotel facilities very good with multiple pools and beach front. Walking distance to Bali collection. We booked the Palace Club and we would definitely recommend this. One negative for us was the location of our room, we had booked a lagoon room and our balcony overlooked and was extremely close to a building with wooden door and chain link fence and gate with a constant stream of hotel maintenance staff walking through from early morning till late so we didn’t feel comfortable using the balcony or the lagoon. This took the edge of the hotel for us but apart from the location of the room overall an excellent stay and would certainly recommend the hotel.

Lovely traditional building. Right on the beach. Great snorkelling. Can access other hotels restaurants too. Good local shopping and of course fabulous weather. The only thing I’d want to change is the pool temperature it was far too hot for me to swim in.

We love this hotel. The old world charm and beautiful grounds. Unfortunately on this trip the hotel was completely full and ran many events. Because of that service suffered.

This is a relaxing resort. They greet you in a very fun way with music and dancers. Refreshment drink and cold towel. They have amazing restaurants and pools. And good strong drinks !!! The beach is very nice too with chairs to sit on. Great place. Highly recommend

This property is very Beautiful Bali! Exceptional facilities Pool’s Chrystal clear. It’s kinda updated and old elegance in one Lots of restaurants near by for a inexpensive blue cab ride Breakfast is best Iv had in any resort ever
