A very nice place to stay in the downtown area of Massena. We walked all around downtown and found local restaurants for dinner. Beautiful antique furniture in the impressive lobby area of the hotel.

replaced, as it is scratched and the drain is rusted, ditto the sink. The toilet is old. There is no fan in the bathroom so, it steans up quickly. The hair dryer is weak.

Although it’s an older hotel, the Massena Quality Inn provided a comfortable stay. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hair dryer in my room was gross. The cord was caked with nasty and the top of the apparatus was just as bad, looked as if it has never been wiped down.

The staff is excellent! The restraunt was very nice with terrific food at a reasonable price. Clean room. The exterior landscaping really needs an update so dont judge the place by the outside.
