i did not like any thing in this hotel, There is a very bad smell in the rooms and in the entire area of the hotel. And one of my kid's bags was also stolen in this hotel. It is my polite request that If someone advises you to stay in this hotel even for free, please do not stay in this hotel. because How will you bear the foul smell of this hotel? And how will you protect your belongings?

A bad day for the hotel team.
Just a lot of confusion. I was checking o to an occupied room. Someone walked into my room in the morning while i was in my underwear, Their records showed i was a no show. My key didn't work when i got in at 2 AM after business in Dallas. It worked to get into the building. Just one thing after another.

Although there was a hurricane, the staff did their best under the circumstances. However, they need to take better control of guests smoking marijuana in their rooms and need to have a set quiet time to not disturb other guests (children running in the hallways after 10pm).

I arrived to check-in at 8:30 pm on 7/13. There was no one behind the desk and another guest was also waiting. 10 minutes later, who turns out to be the desk employee, walks passed us coming from behind and very slowly. Zero sense of urgency. She gets behind the desk and says "yes".The guest in front of me has issue with key, she didn't acknowledge him but fixed his key I assume. With my check-in. She greeted me with "drivers license!". Then said a group of numbers. This woman obviously does not need to be in hospitality. Came down the lobby 10 minutes later and overheard her speaking basly about the guests to another guest in the lobby. The desk attendant who checked me out the next morning was ver pleasant and kind as you would expect. Also the blankets had stains.

The unit I stayed in had a water leak. The carpet was wet and the room smelled badly, like fritos, a smell typically associated with bacteria. The outlets appeared unsafe with an outlet hanging out the wall, slow drains and outlets sinking into the outlet plate when items were plugged in. The desk was wobbly and the cable service did not funtion correctly as the TV would shut off after a few seconds. The phone in the room also did not work. Ended up leaving early and only staying until 8 pm. The floors all smell like old cigarettes.
