We stayed 3 nights, our first night our air wasn’t working properly. The next morning I reported, I was rudely told I should have called during the night to report!?? As I ask the supposed boss? Were there repair men on duty at night? She could have cared less and was rude. The headboards are absolutely disgusting!

Good location I’ve stayed here numerous times. Breakfast chef pleasant & competent, staff friendly. I arrived at 2pm and was given an early check in which was great. No real issues except only one elevator working so long delays at check in & out times. A fair amount of garbage & trash near elevators from Saturday night. Overall this is a great place to stay, the rooms are very comfortable & the staff were much better than most hotels.

The installations are old. The room I stayed at needed painting to look good, but overall it was just fine for a weekend. My only complaint is that the indoor pool was being serviced during my stay and I wasn't told before booking. The indoor pool was the reason was I had picked that hotel. The breakfast was good though, the people in the kitchen are nice and friendly. Also good to have two complimentary drinks in the afternoon, I wish they didn't limit the time to get them.

Property was very old. While it’s clear they attempted to maintain it, the carpet was in bad shape, several lights and plugs in our room didn’t work and only 1 elevator was in operation and it was extremely slow. The staff were excellent, the breakfast much better than usual and the happy hour mediocre.

We love Embassy Suites for their spaciousness and breakfast buffet. This location is wonderful and staff is friendly. The breakfast this time around was not as fresh and tasty as other Embassy Suites we have stayed at. The products in the bathroom were very nice but the bed was somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, this is a great hotel. We would stay here again.

Was not what i was expecting. Little weekend getaway with wife and kids. Property hadent been updated 1 elevator that was slow. We wereonthe 6th floor and people i the room next door was fighting from 12 midnight til 2am took forever for security or authorities to come.
