We made reservations on line and due to the hurricane power outage we were unable to get the room we paid for. We have been in the process for days on getting our refund with no luck. We just want our money back.

I was sold a room by false advertising. I am currently a victim of a hurricane in Houston Texas and with out electricity. I’m also 9 months pregnant. When I arrive at hotel for check In the had no power and couldn’t check me in due to no power could not look up reservation but still took money out of my account .Now I’m having to wait for my refund if granted it due to no power and unforeseen circumstances. I never got to stay in the hotel room the front desk manager told me she wouldn’t advise staying with no power due to health risks of me being pregnant.

Dont stay here if you have more than one person checking in. You are only allowed 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 4 people. We had to ask for more and in order to get them, we had to give them the ones we used. Breakfast was very limited so dont let the photos fool you. The options were cereal, toast, apples or yogurt. The one drink machine they have charges you $3 for a can drink and you better have quarters to use it. Also, the floors were so dirty! The only nice things I can say about the property was the easy shuttle to the air port and sweet ladies who checked us in and out.
