This hotel was one of bad experience as I arrived to hotel and door room key didn’t work then had to call for staff . Then after I entered the room tv was not working and puttied to use the phone to call front desk to find out the phone is also broken. And it is almost 9 at night and nothing was fixed. Don’t recommend this hotel to anyone

We did not have any hot water. When my husband ask at the front desk he was told he needed to call the manager. Other people standing nearby said they had no hot water either and the hotel hadn’t done anything about it.
