Unresolved Issue
I had a reservation to stay for one night from July 10th to the 11th. Hurricane Beryl hit and the hotel had no power. I made numerous attempts to try and reach the hotel to no avail. I am not asking for a refund, I am asking that you give me a credit as I come into town several times a year and this has always been my hotel of choice.

I loved this place . Rooms are very spacious . I would just suggest to change the breakfast menu a little. I stayed two days and both days they had the same food. Both days sausage and egg .

Spacious and modern, our expectations
My husband and I stayed here for an event in Sugarland and this place exceeded our expectations. It looks modern and new, the rooms were clean, spacious and well designed with a lot of lights and plug points. Plenty of great restaurants right in the shopping center too so walking distance, even an HEB. Delicious Thai restaurant and Indian street food restaurant were surprise finds in the center. The only place that could use improvement we thought was the breakfast, my husband tried the bread and oatmeal and said it was decent, the waffle and yogurt was good enough for me.

It was clean but check in was @ 3 and we didn’t get into our room til 6 then we got up there they were still cleaning it. So we waited another 10 mins or so The lady that checked us in was like we are behind. Very unprofessional! 1 hour behind but 3 is ridiculous.
