Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This property was in a convenient location for what we were there for. The lobby area is where they put the most effort. Everything else is lack luster, broken down and little effort to maintain. The staff listens but there is no sense of urgency or response. It was like a motel, you had to go to the front desk for everything with little to no resolve. The sink was broken with the water just sitting still rising to the top. The cleaning oeople never came. There was no working phone to call the front des, housekeeping, nor toom service. All the outlets would work. The tv stopped working and not once did rhey say we are switching your room. They offered junk for and a $30 voucher for food. The way the front desk staff was dressed half the time was as if someone came off the street and began running the shift. I should have stuck with old faithful Marriott or Hampton Inn.
I want at least 1/2 my stay refunded.
