It is self park, after you park you have to use stairs to access the hotel lobby. ( no elevator) When I got to the room, they room had a very small bathroom. Had a decent night sleep. In the morning the lady serving breakfast was rude, she had no costumer service skills. She didn’t tell the guest she was closing before actually closing the buffet and told a couple of Guest they could not grab anything from the buffet line because it was after 9am. She also was asking guest that were sitting down to leave even when we were not done with our breakfast . She close the door behind the last person to leave the area at 9:15am.

We stayed one night while attending a play performance downtown. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small and a used wash rag was left hanging between the folds of the shower curtain, but overall the room was clean and comfortable.
