Had a lot of water damage, lots of mold and mildew, the staff does not care, because you have booked through Expedia and they are guaranteed money and a consumer cannot get Expedia on a phone and if it is a complaint it takes the days to get in contact with you. Expedia is a THEFT in my opium

They where rude and disrespectful and they had roaches crawling on floor the hallways was stank they had leakage from ceiling they don’t warn u about the deposit online.

The place had a musty, moldy smell especially in the hallways. There were water marks on the ceilings and the hall rugs were gross. The pool and hot tub were closed because they were all moldy and green. I don't feel it should have been closed because it was October, in Houston Texas, it was still 80' to 90' degrees there during the day. If it was closed because they think swimming is over in October, then it should have listed that it is only open in certain months. The food was only priced as a buffet. I eat very little at breakfast, so $18.00 for it was crazy. They did have free coffee at the front, that was nice. The in-room coffee/cups weren't restocked for me on our 3 days there. They had a bar listed there and yes there was one, but they had 1 beer or none for most of the beer they offered. The wine was a really cheap brand, and they charged for 1 glass as much as the whole bottle would cost. No merlot, and only enough for maybe 1 or 2 glasses of red and white left. We were there on a Wednesday - Sunday, when do they restock? But they acted like that's normal to have nothing to offer. I didn't ask for any hard liquor. I just bought some wine at the store. The room itself was clean and comfortable enough. The hot water was great, but the tub was peeling and no amount of fixing the shower curtain could keep the water from flooding the bathroom floor. So, one towel was always used for mopping up the floor.

Staff and cleaners were very nice and polite. The pictures online do not look like hotel. Pool was not clean and bugs were in our room….. there seemed to have been water leaks in the hotel as on every floor there was a humidifier and water damages inside and outside the rooms. It was very close to the hobby airport. Don’t get confused from which airport you are travelling to.

Hotel has water damage there is humidity and it smells bad we got it because it had pool and jacuzzi they were green front desk personal were rude not an enjoyable experience at all specially with my special needs son we left after one night stay even if don’t get a refund for the second night

The property didn’t have a pool!!! Very low alcohol choices at bar breakfast was over too early there was a dead roach in the tub I killed the first roach in the bathroom water wasn’t getting hot in the shower there was a foul odor of mildew the condition was bad but the people were nice
