I left my computer charger in my room and when I called to make arrangements to retrieve it, I was given a website (chargerback.com) and told that was the only way open to me. A good idea, but the website would not allow me to advance beyond the first question

From the outside, the building is very old, and the area is not that appealing. However, I was VERY pleased when I walked through the front door how incredibly nice the inside of the property it was! Lobby, restaurant, bar, rooms, hallways... everything was nice. I'll definitely stay here again!

We ask 3 times when we all checked in about the shuttle told them that we had nine people going to the airport at 5 AM. They insist we would definitely be taking care of that. We could return our rental vehicles that they had two vans operating 24 seven. when the time came at 5 AM, the shuttle driver told us it was not enough room for all nine of us. They had to take the pilot and the air crew first before anyone else could get in the van Didnā€™t matter if we were waiting there first We went back in and asked about the other van. They told us the other driver was not there. He was late. He came in as we were standing there, and then they told us the van was broken down. As it was sitting outside this was crazy customer service and then they charged us for parking we didnā€™t even have the vehicle
