Great service on arrival. Surly bar staff who admittedly was ridiculously overworked. Comfortable bedroom and en suite. Checked out very early but couldnt settle my bill because the night porter did not have the authority. Sounds a lot worse than it was. Ideal for an overnight stay.

The only complaint I have is when we arrived we were to have to Queen beds and they did not have any rooms with 2 beds. The Associate was wonderful and continuously apologized for the mess as they were over booked. Well they need to manage it a lot better so this does not happen again.

Right off the highway, easy coming and leaving. Since the hotel is huge, it would be better if there is bigger elevator and maybe on each side of the hotel. Staffs are not well trained. We asked for 2 queens size but didn't get it, we got charge "accidentally" for something we don't know about.

I wasn’t emailed about the additional fee at the hotel All but one of my food orders was completely wrong and was still charged for food we brought back and was told they couldn’t take it off the bill Monday two housekeepers enter the room without knocking once during a very private moment. We were told the pool would open in 2 hours however stayed closed ALL WEEKEND We found a knee pad and someone’s deodorant from a previous guest this stay was NOT what I expected

The room and hospitality staff were amazing. The facility is clean and close to the airport. They attempted to rectify any issues early on and were attentive. I was disappointed in the transportation services and the drivers from the facility to the airport. The reason we booked this location was for the shuttle service that came with the room to the airport. We were delayed, denied and dismissed due to the size of our group and their need to prioritize the contracted guest first. It took over 45 min to get my entire group to the airport I was within an hour of boarding when I arrived.

Due to the displaced residents of Houston, the hotel was almost at capacity. There were alot of children this trip. I don't think the cleaning staff could keep up. The floors were sticky, kids running through the hotel. I think the staff was just overwhelmed. We've been coming here for years so this little hiccup won't stop us...see you in September.
