Our room was very clean. We had a king bed with pull out sofa. Pull out sofa had clean linens and extra pillow and blanket in the room. Front staff was friendly and very helpful.

The only good experience with staff at this hotel was the lady who checked me in. She was kind and welcoming. However, the rest of the staff, particularly the breakfast staff were rude and all had the attitude that they did not want to (1) work there and (2) work at all. Guests would ask for coffee or other items and they would be answered with attitude and an extremely slow response to get them what they asked for. Outside of this the property seemed clean but be aware they are under construction and the elevators do take a bit of time to obtain.
