There was easy access to the property. The staff was friendly and courteous. I didn't care for the policy of leaving dirty towels in the hallway to signify that replacements were needed which left a stench in the hallway. I am used to rooms at a Hyatt property being cleaned each day and at least the bathroom being cleaned. The breakfast lacked flavor.

Hotel was okay. It was not the cleanest hotel. The first room I was given had not been cleaned from a prior guest. I had to go back down to the front desk and get another room.

First room we had, the ac did not work. So we had to change rooms and downgrade from a double queen to a single king with a sofa bed. The hotel was clean and theking bed was comfortable. The soda bed was a sofa bed. The breakfast was horrible. Everything was cold. Cold eggs, cold sausage,cold tortillas along with all the other typical Continental breakfast fare. Coffee was not good either with only sugar and half and half. They proudly serve Starbucks, but I never saw a single Starbucks anything. It was acceptable, but I feel it was the same as a la Quinta for half the price.

The A/C was broken during our stay and the room was a bit stuffy. Great for families, we had two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. The complimentary breakfast was good but scarce compared to other hotels. The front desk receptionists were friendly and kind.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The walls are super thin and you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next to you. My room had damage to the ceilings, walls, and shower (one of the shower doors wouldn’t open). The gym is super humid and the weights are all very rusty. Hallways smelled like weed. Other than that, it wasn’t so bad.

The hotel was in a convenient location off the freeway also there is variety of eateries and shopping in a close proximity. Hotel was nice but I did notice one of the two elevators were broken and it was easier to use stairs because it was very slow. I am not one to complain but the breakfast was not good at all! I tried it two days to see if it was just a mess up but no it is the first time I can say the hotel food was horrible! Other than that room was clean and roomy.
