We loved just about everything about this hotel, the layout the amenities and the rooms. Our only complaint was our JR suite was next to the freeway and there is little to no sound dampening from the street! The highway noise is crazy! Just get room away from the freeway.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The entire property has a strong cinnamon scent, seemingly used to mask an unpleasant odor, possibly related to the pets they allow. The hotel is severely understaffed, particularly at the front desk and valet. The valet team is stretched thin and handling multiple roles, which they openly shared as the reason for significant delays. Despite calling 30 minutes in advance, I was still made late for meetings on two consecutive days because my car wasn’t retrieved in a timely manner. The rooms are outdated and in serious need of renovation. My lamp shade was visibly damaged, and I had to request that my room be cleaned again upon arrival due to food left on the carpet. The overall experience was so poor that I decided to switch hotels. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning. I’d rather stay farther away than deal with these issues again.
