We checked in online using the link that was sent through email. They made everything seem like we were all good to go. Once we arrived at the hotel they told us we had been marked as no show and had to re book and pay all over again.

Very nice hotel, but the rooms are starting to show their age a bit. Nothing wrong with it at all, but my bathroom needed a refresh. Also the downstairs restaurant/bar area was an icebox. I would ease off on the AC a bit. It was so cold we preferred not to grab a drink there.

This hotel is indeed very nice. Room was clean and appointed well. Staff very courteous and professional. Nit picks are TV was difficult to navigate channels, pillows were hard to sleep on. $30 breakfast buffet is ridiciously priced for the average person, although far better than a contintental breakfast. $54 a night valet when you don't have any other choice is a bummer. The hotel gives you a $10 credit if you turn down daily room service. In my opinion, it's not worth it. We stayed three days and only got $10 credit, but credit for what? You only get it at the end of the stay. Nit picking, but you asked. Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes. Next time, I will bring my swim trunks because the pool looked awesome.
