It was a good stay but the couch bed was broken and they said they had a roll out but they ran out of roll outs and we had to switch rooms. Overall it was a good stay though

First time in Houston and I'm so glad that I chose this hotel! The hospitality as soon as we stepped out the car was surprising and welcoming. Everyone was willing to help with any questions or concerns. The hotel was very convenient to many attractions and dining options. Breakfast and lunch at Zutro was very delicious and the service was awesome. Will definitely stay here again!

The room got really warm at night so take a fan! Plus we ordered room service and when they brought our food the lady said she forgot to bring the ticket for me to sign because she was rushing to bring my food. She said she would bring it back. She never did. I asked the front desk what was I charged for last nights room service and she told me then mentioned I left $16 gratuity which I did not because I never got the ticket. I would have definitely left a tip for her but don’t do it for me. Seriously?!? Just be careful with room service and check your bills! I did get that removed.
